How long does it take for delivery?
Deliveries within the UAE take up to 4-6 working days and international shipping may take up to 10-12 working days.
Are your items accessories or fine jewelry?
Fine jewelry. We produce all items in 18k gold and we use diamonds and gemstones (precious stones and semi-precious stones).
Are your items gold plated?
No, we only use 18k gold.
What type of diamonds do you use?
Color: GH Clarity: SI
Will the gold color fade under water or if I spray perfume?
No, all our items are made in 18k gold. The items will not wear out, however, polishing your pieces will help you maintain the sparkle!

Yes, we do!
What is your shipping method?
Intenationally, FedEx or Aramex and within the UAE, we use our local courier (Yuniu Jewels Courier).
Can I exchange or refund my item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns, refunds or exchange (exceptional circumstances) as orders are custom made.
