In the unlikely event where there has been an error or an item may need resizing, then we may arrange for a courier to pick up the item and have it shipped back as soon as possible.

Shipping
All orders within the UAE are shipped using Yuniu Jewels Courier and delivery is free of charge.
All International orders are shipped using FedEx/DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated according to your country at checkout.
Delivery Time
Yuniu Jewels pieces are customized based on order and may take up to 8-10 working days to be prepared and shipped. Please be aware that due to the custom-made nature of our products, delays may ensue, however it is improbable and all pieces are normally shipped within the time frame mentioned. Taxes and Duties
For all orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duties on orders required to go through customs. The taxes (if any) are determined as per the individual’s country and we are unable to pre-calculate these fees therefore, is completely out of our control

Yuniu Jewels also offers a Furthermore, In the unlikely event of your jewelry being defective (i.e. missing a stone) within a 90-day period please email info@yuniujewels.com immediately so that we can do our best to help you.
